Estimate
The customer arrives for an estimate, or has the vehicle towed to our location. The estimate is prepared immediately using a computerized database systems.

Insurance Company Approval
Richard's Auto Body & Repair has extensive experience in dealing with all major insurance companies. Prior to the customer's vehicle arriving for repairs, we will confirm coverage for the claim, arrange for direct billing to the insurance company and, if covered, arrange to have a rental car waiting for the customer upon drop-off.

Parts Ordering
Richard's Auto Body & Repair orders and receives all of the parts for the customer's vehicle prior to arranging an appointment date. We can therefore commence repairs as soon as the vehicle arrives. In the event that hidden damage was diagnosed and additional parts are required, Richard's Auto Body has negotiated preferential purchasing arrangements for all vehicle types. This will ensure the expedient arrival of any parts required and get the vehicle back into the customer's hands that much quicker.

Collision Repairs
All repairs at Richard's Auto Body & Repair are performed with strict accordance to the step by step procedures in the repair process. Repairs are completed exactly as outlined on the mutually agreed upon estimate, and absolutely under no circumstances are any shortcuts taken. A battery of stringent quality checks are enforced throughout the repair process.
